Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing then depending on which shipping option is chosen, standard shipping is about 3-5 days and priority shipping is about 1-3 days depending on USPS and where you live.  

• Bucktown XV, LLC. is  NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you. 
• Bucktown XV, LLC.  is NOT responsible for Return to Sender packages - you WILL be sent a reship invoice to resend your package back out. You will not be able to just receive a refund.
